I have been working with HAproxy in AWS lately. There are things needed to do still, for example actually having two frontend servers and a separate db server, but those are in progress. Probably have to go with rsyncing the files directory between the servers as the video files are uploaded there as well as in S3, but it is an interesting problem to figure out. Most likely there will not be a separate NFS server for this as two frontend servers should do well for a while.

It's so easy to start sharing your content or add video to your own site. vKaiser does the heavy lifting in converting the video in flash and you can just copy-paste the embedded code in your own blog or site or what ever. So, so simple!

So I got this idea of trying to blog about the experiences I have had with this site... I've been doing also something similar with my other blog at http://www.dkaiser.com/blog (you see, I am lazy on thinking good names for my sites), but that should be just about cloud computing and I will try to keep it that way.
